I'm Ngui Yuen Loong with Ngui as my surname. I'm in my twenties and look older than I do. Some say it's good while some maintain the other way. I don't mind either way.

I am happily married with a lovely son, Jesse. He's four and he is learning new things every day. He is the pride and joy of my life. He is also my teacher in many ways.

I am a Christian. I praise the Lord for all His blessings. Praise the Lord. Amen.

I am not much of an outgoing man. I stay home unless required otherwise. I love reading. I have been reading more and more business, marketing, and IT-related publications. I have to keep in touch or I will lose out. I don't mind that, but I cannot let my family suffer because of my own incompetence. I read fictions too. About the only author I cannot get enough of is Stephen King. I simply can’t put his books down. I wish to have a full collection of his works. And I am working towards that direction.

I watch WWF, WCW/NWO professional wrestling. For fans out there, I am more what you may consider a smart than a mark. It was a tough transition for me. But I got through and find that I actually enjoy the sport, err … sport entertainment more. J Among my favourites are Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Owen Hart, Undertaker (Yes!), Sting, SCSA (that's Stone Cold Steve Austin.) Having said that I don't mean I don't enjoy watching others in action.

I do not watch professional wrestling anymore if I could help it. My son helped me in this. First it is violent. Never mind it is just a show. It still portrays men fighting and trying to hurt each other. Then women are added to appeal to adult fans. And they made fun of God. That was the last straw. I don't care how interesting the story line is, it is not what God wants me to see. More importantly, it is what God does not want me to see. As I said, God uses my son to help me in this. "Papa, don't watch wrestling, it's fighting."

I follow the NBA as close as I can via my cable TV (MegaTV.) I am still rooting for the Chicago Bulls this year (97/98.) They are still the team to beat.

NBA is not one. And we have stopped our MegaTV subscription.

I make a living as a consultant - or rather working hard to be a good one. My company specializes in providing solutions to financial institutions and banks. Currently, we are focussing on the Securities sector. I welcome discussion on the above.
