In the Name of the Lord

It's 0246 on 09 April 1997 and I just got back from a business trip to Singapore.

I was actually sick to the bone. I had sore throat, fever, flu, cough. Worse of all, my long time companion, asthma has decided to pay me a visit after such a long time.

I did not take all the prescribed pills as I wanted to be sharp during my presentation and discussion. My head was heavy and I could feel my body temporature - I was hot! :)

Praise the Lord I did my job well. I felt neaseous but I got over it.

Now, I got worried when I realised I left my passport in the car, which was parked in Sim Lim Tower at 1130. But I prayed and found peace.

When we (my colleagues/bosses and me) reached the car at 1945, we found the car to be unlocked!

But, my passport was still in there, so were my PC, my boss' briefcase and other stuff.

I must say Singapore is an honest society.

The Lord is looking after me. Praise Him.

I am responsible for my life, my family and my emotions.
