It's 1607 on 25 September 1997.
I have attended all three nights of the Don Moen concert held in conjuntion with the Caring Church Expo 97 at Stadium Negara (the National stadium) from 19 to 21 September 1997.
My wife and I have brought my sisters and brother. And they enjoyed it. And I could see the change in them. I could see how the Holy Spirit is working in them. Praise the Lord.
Don Moen and Integrity Music was good. The Holy Spirit touched all of us.
K and I brought our son, Jesse, 3 to the church last night and helped prepare for the wedding of sister Elise and brother Wan Choon. I was really glad to be of help. I felt great to be able to lend a hand. Fatigue was nothing.
I had a brief spell of asthma attack last night, or rather in the small hours this morning. My wife gave the pill I needed and I was okay again. Praise the Lord for her.
This is the second time this old friend of mine visited me. You see, it has always come at the most unexpected time. Others have expected asthma attack for me earlier in the haze our nation is having. But no. Then, without any warning, I had it. Anyway, I don't think the dreaded haze has anything to do with it.
The haze is Malaysia is in a very undesirable level. Petaling Jaya where I stay and Kuala Lumpur where I work registered API (Air Pollutant Index and not Application Programming Interface as some of us are more familiar with) levels of 120+. It had been 300. The poor people in Kuching, Sarawak is living under the API of 600+. It was 839 a few days back. I sincerely pray that the situation will change for the better soon.
According to a study, breathing there for a day is equivalent to smoking a cigarette everyday.
God will make a way where there seems to be no way
